We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Greeting customers with a warm, welcoming attitude.
- Assisting customers with product inquiries, purchases, returns, and exchanges.
- Operating the cash register and handling transactions accurately.
- Keeping the sales floor clean, organized, and well-stocked.
- Providing knowledgeable recommendations based on customer needs.
- Resolving customer concerns or escalating issues when necessary.
- Supporting store promotions and upselling products when appropriate.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Handle outbound calling to follow up on customer inquiries or provide updates on service requests.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions which include CPAP machine purchases and customer machine repair processes.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Utilize software applications to generate compliance reports and order supplies for patients and communicate effectively within the team.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while engaging with customers and addressing their concerns.
Experience
- Previous experience in a retail store environment or customer service role is preferred.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, particularly in English and Spanish.
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Proven ability to handle cash transactions accurately if required for specific roles.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely.
