Travel RN – Case Management
Austin, TX | 13-Week Contract
Schedule
- Day shift 8:00AM-5:00PM
- 5 days per week
- Rotating weekends (every other)
- No on-call
Pay Package (36 Hours/Week)
- W2 Pay Rate: $18.00/hr
- Weekly Stipend: $1,207.37
- Weekly Gross: $1,927.37
Role Overview
- Discharge planning and care coordination
- Post-acute care planning
- Collaboration with physicians, patients, and families
- Support across ICU, Tele, PCU, Neuro, Ortho, and Observation units
Requirements
- Active RN license
- Minimum 1 year of bedside case management experience
- Post-acute care knowledge
- Meditech/ Midas or HCA experience required
