About the Role
The Data Entry and Reporting Specialist is a key member of our Online Services team, responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of data within our compliance management system. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and the ability to manage a consistent workload with precision.
You’ll process and validate large volumes of course completion data, maintain tracking reports, identify and resolve discrepancies, and ensure accurate and timely reporting to clients, states, and industry designations.
What You’ll Do
- Utilizing a strong attention to detail, enter, review, and verify course completion data within systems, resolving any issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain and update Excel reports and tracking logs for accuracy and completeness.
- Reconcile discrepancies in data and collaborate with states, designations, and internal partners to resolve reporting issues.
- Respond to client and internal inquiries via email and ticketing systems with professionalism and clarity.
- Follow established procedures and maintain detailed documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Partner with team members to complete daily processing reports.
- Assist with additional administrative or processing tasks as needed.

Requirements:
- 1-2+ years experience in data entry, reporting or administrative role.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including experience with formulas, sorting, and filtering.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
