Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive E-Commerce Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing product listings, optimizing online sales strategies, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring a seamless e-commerce experience across our platforms.
Product Management:

Manage and update product listings across e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Amazon).

Ensure accurate product descriptions, pricing, images, and specifications.
Customer Service:

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via Amazon seller central, and email.

Resolve customer issues and complaints with professionalism and empathy.

Maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
Sales & Marketing Support:

Assist in developing and executing online promotions and marketing campaigns.

Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for product listings and advertisements.

Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Website & Platform Optimization:

Monitor website performance and user experience, suggesting improvements as needed.

Work with the SAS core team to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

Ensure the website is up-to-date with the latest products, promotions, and content.
Education:

Highschool Degree required

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preffered.
Experience:

1–2 years of experience in e-commerce, retail, or a related field.

Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, or eBay.

Experience with digital marketing strategies, including SEO and PPC.
