Key Responsibilities for RBTs:
- Implement Behavior Plans: Carry out individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) created by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
- Monitor and Record Data: Collect and analyze data on student behavior to assess progress and adjust interventions as needed.
- Collaborate with Educational Staff: Work closely with teachers, counselors, and other professionals to create a supportive and effective learning environment.
- Provide Direct Support: Assist students in developing essential life skills, including communication, social interactions, and adaptive behaviors.
- Promote Positive Behavior: Reinforce positive behaviors and provide guidance to help students meet their behavioral and academic goals.
