Under direct supervision of company owner & CEO, ECPD Coaching Consultant will be responsible for supporting JBF Solutions in providing quality classroom coaching experience for various early childhood education organizations. Coaches will implement the most innovative and developmentally appropriate universal best practices, for the purposeful development of behavioral competence and enhanced support of young children’s development of social & emotional skill sets. This is a contractual position.

The adult-focused coaching will be implemented with the intent to strengthen educator capacity to support children in learning appropriate behavioral competencies; to strengthen their ability to appropriately manage their emotions at their stage of development; encourage workforce to focus on instilling values into the classroom community to build strong character in students and support their understanding of how to conduct themselves appropriately in a structured learning environment to influence overall successful academic outcomes.

Services by each coach will include a rigorous proprietary coaching process. The coaching will take place (6) six days/month within a hybrid on-site/virtual sessions deliverable, beginning October 2025 – March 2026. Coaches will be facilitating the JBF Solutions, LLC proprietary coaching process that will include multiple coaching cycles and will be individualized to the workforce identified by the contract established and the needs assessed provided by JBF Solutions, LLC.
