For over 40 years, a leading Southern California Electronic Manufacturing Service (EMS) company, whose services include PCB assembly, electro-mechanical assembly and systems integration has been providing manufacturing services to the industrial, medical, aerospace and automotive markets. The Company has a Document Control Clerk position opening due to outstanding growth over the past two years.
Job Description
Working under the supervision of Quality Assurance, this person will:
- Support development and management of product BOM’s & routings in MRP system (Epicor). Perform audits to ensure accuracy prior to release.
- Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
- Team player who is deadline driven, works well with others and is flexible in terms of work hours.
- Read and understand work order contents including part numbers, and completion status and Work Traveler notes.
- ISO procedures, work instructions and form management.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Quality Assurance Manager.
Qualifications/Experience
- Associate degree or higher in computer Science, business administration or similar field.
- Experience working with many types of files.
- Ability to organize and preserve paper documents.
- Thorough knowledge of various kinds of office software.
- Attention to detail.
- Effective communication co-workers across departments.
- Ability to multitask.
