As an Oncology Nurse Navigator, you will serve as a crucial support system for patients throughout their cancer experience. Position Overview:
Oncology Nurse Navigator
Cancer Center
Minimum Qualifications:
- Education: Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
- Licensure: Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
- Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire
Preferred Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing
- Experience: 3 years in an oncology environment is preferred
- Experience in formal patient education and community presentations
- Facilitation of support groups
- Certification(s): Oncology Nursing Certification or Chemotherapy/Biotherapy Certification
