\nPay and Schedule
\n• Pay Rate: $28.00 per hour
\n• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM (with some flexibility)
\n• Location: Fully Remote (U.S.)

\nWhat You’ll Do
\n• Support early careers and conversion recruiting programs through scheduling, documentation, and candidate tracking.
\n• Manage candidate dispositioning and provide regular communication to ensure a positive experience.
\n• Draft and process offer letters in a timely and accurate manner.
\n• Partner cross-functionally with recruiters, managers, and HR to support hiring goals.
