Your Role:
As a Retention/Collections Resolution Specialist, you will use your superior customer service and sales skills to educate home warranty customers on the value of our services and retain their business. You will be responsible for:
- Achieving and exceeding cancellation/retention goals by engaging with customers and overcoming objections.
- Demonstrating superb listening skills and handling each call with empathy, compassion, and professionalism.
- Effectively reiterating the value of being a Choice Home Warranty policyholder and the benefits of our services.
- Using problem-solving skills to quickly identify and resolve customer concerns, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Showcasing your ability to influence and resell the value of our warranty services.
- Documenting all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system while managing multiple platforms in a fast-paced environment.
What We're Looking For:
- Retention/Sales Experience: 2+ years of experience preferred.
- Customer Service Experience: 2+ years of experience preferred.
- Strong Communication Skills: Both written and verbal, with the ability to persuade and influence.
- Tech Savvy: Proficient with computers and CRM systems, with strong keyboarding skills.
- Multitasking Talent: Ability to type while talking and handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Aptitude for handling objections and crafting creative solutions.
