We are looking for an energetic, creative Graphic Designer who thrives on transforming complex legal ideas into clear, captivating visuals for our two law firms located in Ybor City. A successful candidate will have graphics design experience using traditional and AI assisted techniques, superior power point and other presentation skills, including advanced animation and embedding skills.
Professional/Personal Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, IT, or related field
· 3+ years of experience
· Availability to travel in state
· Ability to operate under extreme pressure and to manage technology available at any venue to make presentations functional
· Able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
Responsibilities:
· Prepare presentation tools for seminars, including PPTX or similar presentations, durable handouts, and follow-up
· Prepare marketing brochures and fliers for presentations
· Prepare presentations for use at trial, including static and dynamic exhibits, operating ‘trial presenter’ with highlighting features
· Serve as support at trial and mediations for presentation through PPTX, trial presenter or similar software
· Create static exhibits and rolling slide shows for events
· Prepare final layout and packaging of content to be added to our client portals
· Collaborate with attorneys and marketing to translate complex legal concepts into digestible, eye-catching content
Mandatory in-office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday-Thursday and 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Friday. Additional overtime may be required to meet team goals and deadlines. Our office is a non-smoking environment, and we offer an excellent benefits package.
