This is a unique opportunity for those looking to fast-track their careers in the dynamic world of healthcare and who are eager to make a difference in improving access to care in underserved markets across the U.S. Our leadership development program consists of three tracks: Finance/Accounting, General Management/Implementations, and Revenue Cycle/Payor Relations.

Who We Are Looking For:
We’re looking for recent graduates who are passionate about healthcare and want to develop the skills to lead in a rapidly evolving industry. Ideal candidates should have:

A strong desire to pursue a career in healthcare management.

A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or a related field.

A growth mindset, willingness to learn, and the ability to adapt quickly.

Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Availability to start full-time role by late June 2026.

Department Immersion: Based on your interest, you’ll gain exposure to critical areas such as healthcare operations, patient services, finance, and revenue operations.

In this track, you’ll learn about the financial side of our business – from recording and summarizing financial transactions to know where the money is coming from/going to, as well as preparing reports to show the business’s financial performance and position – weekly, monthly, and quarterly

In this track, you’ll learn about the end-to-end process of payor relations which begins with setting up new providers with the health insurance (payor) contracts to seeing the flow of how these contracts work from the time the patient makes an appointment to the point when the bill is paid in full

Finance:

This function involves preparing reports that show a business’s financial performance and position, like income statements (profits and losses), balance sheets (assets and liabilities), and cash flow statements.
Revenue Cycle:

The revenue cycle refers to the complete process that healthcare organizations follow to receive payment for the services they provide to patients. It includes everything from the moment a patient makes an appointment to the point when the bill is paid in full.
Managed Care:

Managed Care is the process to set up a provider (physician, nurse practitioner, physician assistant) with the health insurance contracts and rates to ensure they are able to provide quality care to as many patients as possible.
Operations:

Operations refers to the day-to-day management and functioning of a healthcare facility. This includes everything from patient care to managing staff, supplies, and services.
Implementations:

Implementations refers to the process that healthcare organizations follow when they acquire other healthcare businesses. It involves integrating the new business into the acquiring organization's operations, systems, and culture in a way that maintains or improves care quality and efficiency.
