The Manufacturing Assembler is responsible for assembling parts and components according to company standards, work instructions, and safety guidelines. This role requires attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble products and components using hand tools, power tools, and machinery
- Follow written instructions, blueprints, and assembly diagrams
- Inspect parts and finished products to ensure quality standards are met
- Identify and report defects, equipment issues, or safety concerns
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
- Meet daily production goals while maintaining accuracy and quality
- Follow all safety policies and procedures
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous manufacturing or assembly experience a plus, but not required
- Ability to read and understand basic instructions and diagrams
- Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Basic math and measurement skills
