Job DescriptionSalary:

The Sales Consultant is responsible for guiding qualified leads through in-depth 1:1 consultations via phone, Zoom, or in person (if applicable), identifying their needs, and presenting the best service options to convert them into clients. This role requires strong sales acumen, empathy, and critical thinking to build trust, handle objections, and ensure a smooth onboarding process.


Operating in a fast-paced environment, the Sales Consultant must effectively track their consultations, update client records in the lead management system, and follow up on previous consultations to drive conversions. They will also handle contract creation and process initial payments using the firm's payment platform.


The ideal person has a strong background in service-based sales, preferably within the legal industry, and possesses the adaptability and patience required for hour-long client discussions.

Position Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct one-on-one consultations with potential clients via phone, Zoom, or in person (if applicable), guiding them through available legal service options.
  2. Utilize a consultative sales approach to address client concerns and provide tailored solutions.
  3. Accurately document all consultation details in the lead management system.
  4. Create and present contracts, ensuring transparency in pricing and service details.
  5. Process initial payments using the firms payment platform.
  6. Maintain an organized schedule and ensure all assigned consultations are completed.
  7. Follow up with leads who have previously consulted but have not yet signed a contract.
  8. Work closely with the Sales Manager to optimize lead conversion strategies.
  9. Stay updated on the firms service offerings and legal industry trends.
  10. Maintain professionalism, patience, and empathy during lengthy consultations.

Education:

Mandatory Requirements

  1. High School diploma or equivalent.
  2. Bachelors degree preferred but not required.


Qualifications

  1. Proven experience in consultative sales, preferably in a law firm or service-based industry.
  2. 2 years of immigration law experience is required.
  3. Experience working with CRM or lead management software.
  4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. High emotional intelligence and ability to build client trust.
  6. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  7. Ability to manage lengthy client discussions with patience and professionalism.
  8. Tech-savvy with proficiency in CRM, lead management, and payment processing software.
  9. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  10. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
