Qualifications/Desired Experience:
- Active RN license, in good standing
- Minimum of 2 years of recent Emergency Room experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required (additional certifications preferred)
- Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills
- Prior experience in fast-paced, high-acuity settings
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering high-quality patient care in the Emergency Room environment
- Rapidly assessing and prioritizing patient needs in accordance with hospital protocols
- Collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to support optimal patient outcomes
- Administering medications and treatments accurately and safely
- Maintaining meticulous, thorough documentation
- Providing compassionate support to patients and families during urgent and sometimes stressful events
