Liberty Software is seeking a pharmacist, with experience working in an independent retail pharmacy, to become a Client Services Manager, Start-Up Implementations (CSM). The CSM will lead our team of start-up project managers and hardware specialist in the onboarding of new pharmacy clients. In this challenging and rewarding role, the Client Services Manager will oversee a team responsible for scheduling, planning, and executing each implementation, guiding clients through their entire start-up onboarding process. This includes providing expert care, insights, and support throughout the setup. Additionally, the Client Services Manager will maintain a personal client portfolio of designated accounts.
This is an in-person position based in Grapevine, Texas. Rarely, some travel could be required.
Responsibilities Include (but are not necessarily limited to):
- Lead and direct the team that manages the end-to-end onboarding process for startup pharmacy clients, ensuring timely and efficient execution of all projects and tasks.
- Act as the primary liaison for own pharmacy clients and as the escalation contact for key or at-risk accounts throughout the onboarding process, addressing inquiries and providing support as needed.
- Refine the onboarding processes and materials as needed to enhance customer experience and streamline operations for startup pharmacies.
- Maintain a strong understanding of Libertys platform, guiding team in configurations and recommendations to align with the specific needs of each pharmacy client.
- Coordinate with internal departments and third-party vendors to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for clients.
- Monitor team performance and client satisfaction metrics, implementing improvements based on feedback and outcomes.
- Conduct regularily team and one-on-one team meetings
- Provide regularily and consistent performance reviews as well as approving employee timesheets, PTO requests, etc.
- Oversee onboarding process for own assigned start-up clients, managing multiple customers and projects/tasks simultaneously acting as pharmacys primary point of contact
- Collaborate and cross train in other areas within the Implementations team to provide additional coverage when needed
Qualifications:
- Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) required, with at least two (2) years of experience in an independent retail pharmacy setting preferred
- Must possess an expert-level knowledge of the retail pharmacy industry, independent pharmacy knowledge preferred
- Experience using Liberty Softwares pharmacy platforms a strong plus
- Excellent written and oral communication skills required, with ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups and experience levels
- Superb process management and time management skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities simultaneously and ability to adapt to rapid changes in the work environment
- Must possess a valid, unexpired drivers license, personal auto insurance, and be able to travel up to 10% of the time (including overnight travel), if needed
