Overview

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Customer Service Manager to lead our remote support team. In this role, you'll oversee day-to-day operations, implement service strategies, and ensure an excellent customer experience across all channels.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and coach a team of customer service representatives

  • Monitor performance, set goals, and conduct regular reviews

  • Handle escalated customer issues and implement resolution procedures

  • Develop policies to improve service quality, response times, and customer satisfaction

  • Analyze metrics and report on team performance to leadership

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to improve the overall customer journey

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in customer service, with 1+ year in a management or supervisory role

  • Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills

  • Experience managing remote teams and working with CRM platforms

  • Detail-oriented and skilled in handling escalations and feedback

  • Proficient in Google Workspace and support tools
