Overview
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Customer Service Manager to lead our remote support team. In this role, you'll oversee day-to-day operations, implement service strategies, and ensure an excellent customer experience across all channels.
Responsibilities

Manage and coach a team of customer service representatives

Monitor performance, set goals, and conduct regular reviews

Handle escalated customer issues and implement resolution procedures

Develop policies to improve service quality, response times, and customer satisfaction

Analyze metrics and report on team performance to leadership

Collaborate cross-functionally to improve the overall customer journey
Qualifications

3+ years of experience in customer service, with 1+ year in a management or supervisory role

Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills

Experience managing remote teams and working with CRM platforms

Detail-oriented and skilled in handling escalations and feedback

Proficient in Google Workspace and support tools
