Job Description
We are hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for home health and in-home nursing services. This RN position provides skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, including, assessments, care coordination, and patient education. Ideal candidates have experience in home health nursing, private duty nursing, or visiting nurse services.
Key RN Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care in a home health setting
- Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Monitor patient condition and communicate changes to physicians
- Deliver patient and family education
- Complete accurate home health documentation using EMR/EHR systems
- Follow state nursing regulations, agency policies, and safety standards
RN Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license state of GA
- Minimum 1 year RN experience (home health RN experience preferred)
- Experience in home care, private duty, or visiting nurse roles preferred
- Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in patient homes
- CPR/BLS certification required
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
