Position: Door to Door Manager (Canvassing)
Lead and scale a high-performing door-to-door canvassing team in a fast-growing environment. You’ll drive team development, territory strategy, and consistent lead generation to fuel company growth.
Responsibilities

<li>Interview, hire, train, manage and motivate a team of canvassers.</li>
<li>Plan neighborhood routes and daily field schedules.</li>
<li>Develop and implement effective canvassing strategies.</li>
<li>Conduct regular team meetings and provide ongoing coaching.</li>
<li>Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align efforts.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Proven experience as Canvassing Manager, Canvassing Supervisor, or Canvassing Team Leader in Home Improvement Industry.</li>
</ul>
