Sign-On Bonus: $800 (after 90 days)

We are seeking two qualified Master Teachers to join our early childhood education team. One position is for the Infant classroom (6 weeks–2 years) and one for the Toddler classroom. Ideal candidates are passionate, confident educators with strong classroom leadership skills.

Position Details:

Full-time, hourly
Schedule: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Pay: $30–$35 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)

Position Summary:
The Master Teacher is responsible for leading the classroom team, implementing developmentally appropriate curriculum, and supporting the overall growth and development of children while maintaining compliance with agency policies and licensing requirements.

Responsibilities:

Lead and support classroom staff
Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum
Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment
Model best practices in early childhood education
Communicate effectively with families and team members

Requirements:

Minimum 24 ECE units required
Master Teacher Permit or higher preferred
Must be at least Master Teacher-eligible
