Job Title: Data Entry Clerk (Quality Control Department)
Location: Dayton, NJ
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay Rate: $19/hour
Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to support the Quality Control (QC) department. This role is responsible for accurately entering, maintaining, and verifying data related to product inspections, compliance records, and quality reports. The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter and update QC data into internal systems with high accuracy
- Review and verify data for errors or discrepancies
- Maintain organized records of inspections, reports, and compliance documents
- Assist the QC team with documentation and reporting tasks
- Generate basic reports as needed
- Communicate with team members to ensure data accuracy and completeness
- Perform general administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Previous data entry or administrative experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, data entry systems)
- Ability to handle repetitive tasks with consistency
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication skills
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit for extended periods
- Occasional lifting of files or documents (up to 15 lbs)
