Job Summary

Were looking for a motivated, reliable Lawn Care Technician to join our team. Youll work on residential and commercial properties using well-maintained equipment to keep lawns looking their best.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain lawn care equipment: push/riding mowers, blowers, edgers, trimmers, chainsaws (training provided) and fertilizing equipment.
  
  
• Perform mowing, edging, trimming, and leaf cleanups
  
  
• Keep work sites clean, safe, and professional; respect customer property, pets, and children
  
  
• Follow safety procedures and wear required PPE
  
  
• Perform basic equipment checks and report maintenance needs
  
  
• Maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude and be willing to learn new equipment/techniques

Qualifications

• Valid Texas drivers license and reliable transportation to/from the shop
  
  
• Lawn care or landscaping experience required ( minimum 1 year experience )
  
  
  
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions

• Strong attention to detail and pride in work quality
  
  
• Reliable, on time, and able to manage your day efficiently
  
  
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work throughout the shift
  
  
• Good communication skills and ability to work well with a team
  
  
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
