CeLeen, an operating firm of Command Holdings, is currently seeking a Financial Systems Specialist (Level II) to support the Air Force Installation and Mission Support Center (AFIMSC) Resource Management (RM) Directorate.
Responsibilities for this position may include (but are not limited to):
- Conducting analyses of existing financial data and assisting in reviewing business rules and AFIMSC policies to deliver a monthly key process indicator report to assist in the development of AFIMSC/RM improvement plans.
- Analyzing all pertinent data to evaluate financial and programmatic issues, procedures, and policies for development of improvement plans.
- Developing and presenting analysis of RM areas of opportunity.
- Integrating interfaces into automated enterprise system integration (MS Access & Excel).
- Conducting overall organizational systems analysis and integration, elements of data and network security, maintenance of accreditation and certification requirements for financial systems.
- Preparing briefings/slides to incorporate Financial Management Tools, integration of new data feeds, and Financial Management databases and dashboards.
Work Environment:
- Moderate noise (i.e. business office with computers, phone and printers) and /or occasional Loud noise (airfield, large equipment).
- Ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time.
Physical Demands:
- While performing the responsibilities of the job, the employee is required to sit, stand, talk, and hear.
- Employee is often required to sit and use their hands and fingers to operate a computer.

Requirements
Basic Qualifications
- BA/BS in business, finance, management information systems or related field //OR// 10 or more years of related experience in lieu of degree.
- 3+ years of Department of Defense financial management with an emphasis on automated systems/processes.
- Must be able to perform duties independently.
- Demonstrate strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Direct experience in one or more of the following:
- Financial Management automated systems,
- Budgetary business processes,
- Integration of interfaces into automated enterprise system integration.
- Working knowledge of data and network security, accreditation and certification requirements for financial systems.
- Demonstrated experience using Power BI to develop reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
- Ability to design, build, and maintain Microsoft Access databases, including tables, queries, forms, and reports.
- Experience managing data integrity, performance, and ongoing database maintenance.
- Strong understanding of data analysis and reporting to support business needs.
- Demonstrated experience with building/maintaining financial data dashboards.
- Demonstrated proficiency in using all Microsoft Office applications.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Access and Excel.
- Outstanding communication skills, influencing abilities, and client focus.
- Professional proficiency in English is required.
- Ability to pass a federal background investigation including fingerprinting.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.

Preferred Qualifications
- MA/MS in accounting, finance, management information systems or related field.
- Prior direct experience with United States Air Force Financial Management.
