 We are looking for a Part-Time HR Compliance Specialist who will ensure that our organization's HR practices and policies comply with legal requirements and industry standards. Responsibilities: 
<ul>
<li>Monitor legislative changes and pending industry changes, trends and best practices.</li>
<li>Develop reports to comply with various U.S. EEO requirements as well as other state and local requirements</li>
<li>Stay updated with statutory changes and have a system in place to alert when there are updates or new regulations.</li>
<li>Provide compliance advice and verify any deficiencies or gaps are updated</li>
<li>Conduct periodic internal reviews or audits to ensure that compliance procedures are follow</li>
</ul>
 Requirements 
<ul>
<li>Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Regulatory Affairs or HR SHRM Certification is a plus.</li>
<li>Expert knowledge of legislation and regulations</li>
<li>Knowledge of employment law in the following states Arizona, Nevada, California, Texas</li>
<li>At least 5 years experience in the regulatory or compliance field. Restaurant experience is a plus</li>
