Now Hiring: Phlebotomist I – Ridgefield, CT (Full-Time, Onsite)
Location: 38A Grove St, Ridgefield, CT 06877
Start Date: 3/17/2025
Schedule: Mon–Fri, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM
Pay Rate: $17-$21/hr
Join one of the most respected names in diagnostics! We’re looking for a dedicated and skilled Phlebotomist I to provide excellent patient care and accurate specimen collection at our Ridgefield Patient Service Center in Ridgefield, CT.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform quality blood draws on patients of all ages – pediatrics through geriatrics
• Prepare specimens for lab testing in accordance with standard protocols
• Ensure proper specimen labeling, handling, and transport
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment
• Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming environment for patients
Requirements:
• Minimum 6 months of phlebotomy experience required; 1+ year preferred
• Experience drawing blood from pediatric and geriatric patients
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Phlebotomy certification preferred (Required in CA, NV, and WA)
• Must be flexible and available for staffing needs including weekends, holidays, on-call, and overtime
• Strong data entry and computer skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Reliable transportation is a must.
