Duration - 6 Months

Pay - $31/hr

FTE CONVERSION EXPECTED

OT OPTIONAL/AVAILABLE

TRAINING INFO: 5 DAYS PER WEEK/FULLY ONSITE DURING TRAINING (training period roughly 8 weeks)


Hours during training: 8AM – 4:30PM or 5PM (TWO 15 MINUTES BREAKS, 30 MIN LUNCH)

POSITION WILL CONVERT TO HYBRID AFTER TRAINING (3 DAYS PER WEEK ON SITE)


MULTIPLE SHIFTS REQUIRED Examples of shifts: 8AM-4:30PM 9:30AM-6PM 10:30-7PM

CANDIDATES MUST HAVE BACKGROUNDS IN FINANCIAL SERVICES/BANKING

Description:

Client offers fund administration, compliance, legal administration, fund accounting, fulfillment, distribution and marketing, custody, securities lending, transfer agent and shareholder services, and alternative investment product services. We provide the products and services necessary for fund sponsors to focus on investing while we protect their business interests and minimize risks.

As Transfer Agent, we act as liaison and provide service to over 200 mutual fund/alternative investment companies and their shareholders. We have numerous opportunities for individuals, with excellent multitasking abilities to provide a superior level of service to our growing group of high profile clients and their shareholders. Efficient and detail oriented individuals will be able to showcase their talents and develop long lasting relationships through excellent verbal, and written communications.

Accept and process telephone transaction and maintenance requests from institutional level shareholders. Field shareholder inquiries regarding account setup, prior transactions, fund objectives, and performance. Provide prompt notification of trade activity to internal and external clients as required. Serve as point of contact for internal and external clients. Field inquiries and transaction requests from retail level shareholders as required. Participate in a culture of continuous improvement, risk-based thinking, and employee engagement driven by our ISO 9001 certification.

Qualifications:

Processes new accounts, purchases, redemptions, exchanges, and account maintenance.� Processes change requests to meet critical deadlines.� Responds to current and prospective shareholder inquiries received via telephone, providing general investment company information via telephone such as minimums, options, and account balances.� Initiates customer or account financial transactions and adjustments as authorized by department guidelines.� Calculates and processes exact share trades, determines dividend distribution amounts, and reconciles account balances. Preferred Skills/Experience - Ability to collect, interpret, and apply diverse client/fund information and regulatory guidelines - Ability to perform multiple tasks in a dynamic working environment with minimal supervision - Effective verbal and written communication skills - Proficient mathematical and computer skills - Excellent customer service skills
