Job Description

We’re seeking detail-oriented reviewers fluent in English and Spanish to support the LA Metro Customer Satisfaction Survey project. As a Bilingual Survey Reviewer & Translator, you’ll help ensure that survey responses and translations meet project standards for accuracy, clarity, and consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

Review completed surveys for accuracy and completeness
Provide translation and language quality checks (English ↔ Spanish)
Flag unclear or incomplete responses for correction
Support data integrity and reporting for the Metro project

Ideal Candidates:

Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal)
Strong attention to detail and time management
Comfortable working with digital forms and online collaboration tools
Able to meet deadlines and follow project guidelines

This is a remote, part-time opportunity supporting a major transportation survey across Los Angeles County. Project starts in October and ends in December 2025. Must have internet connection, scanner, and a good computer.
