Key Responsibilities:

MUST BE COMPETENT IN LMS PROGRAMS-SUCH AS MOODLE

Strategy & Planning: Develop content calendars, recruit subjects for lecture series, align content with organizational objectives

Content Oversight: Managing the production, editing, and web publishing of various content types (video, blog, social), publish on organization website

Project Management: Lead lecturers, coordinate videographers, manage and schedule workflows and contracts

Performance Analysis: Use engagement metrics to refine presentation and improve engagement and polish.

Key Skills:

Hard skills: Project management, communication regarding technical matters; elementary web design, HTML, and use of web design products; content management and organization, file organization.

Soft skills: Attention to detail, leadership, strategic organization, communication. Ability to plan and oversee content
