Senior Conflicts Researcher

Liberty Personnel is partnered with a TOP AM Law Firm seeking to add a Senior Conflicts Researcher to their team.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough conflicts checks for new and existing clients, matters, and personnel using the firm’s conflict management system and other relevant databases.
- Review and analyze client lists, engagement letters, and relevant documents to identify potential conflicts of interest.
- Assist the conflicts team in preparing and maintaining accurate conflict check reports and summaries.
- Collaborate with attorneys and staff to understand the specifics of new matters and provide guidance on conflict resolution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., paralegal studies, legal administration, business).
- Minimum 4 years experience in a law firm or legal environment, particularly in conflicts research, compliance, or risk management, is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in using legal research tools and databases (e.g., PACER, Westlaw, LexisNexis) is a plus.
