Bcforward is hiring highly motivated Client Solutions Specialist in Maitland, FL
Job Title: Client Solutions Specialist
Duration: 6 Months (Possibility for Extension)
Start date: 8/4/25 End Date End of Mach
Work Schedule: Maitland, FL ,First 5 weeks are on-site! Then it will move to a 4-day-a-week onsite, 1-day remote schedule.
Pay Rate: $22.00/hour
Make sure you don’t have any scheduled vacations within the first 5 weeks of training (mid-August- mid-October)
Overview and Key Requirements:
Strong Communication Skills: Must have excellent verbal communication skills as this is a client-facing role.
Client-Facing Experience: Previous experience in customer support or a similar client-facing position is required.
Job Tenure: Applicants should have a solid and stable work history, with good tenure in their previous roles.
ADP Benefits Administration Training: Candidates will be trained in ADP Benefits Administration. No prior experience in Benefits Administration is necessary.
Preferred Background: Candidates from retail backgrounds (e.g., Starbucks, Walmart, Target) are preferred but not mandatory.
Recent Graduates: Recently graduated candidates with some internship experience are welcome to apply.
Client-Facing Experience: Anyone with client-facing experience will be considered, even if they don’t meet all of the above criteria.
