Socket is looking for a highly motivated Business Account Executive to join our dynamic sales team. Socket Fiber, the region’s leading provider of Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS), is expanding rapidly through its Fiber-to-the-Premise business model. To support this growth, we are enhancing our successful business-to-business (B2B) technology sales team. We’re seeking hardworking, talented individuals who aspire to become future technology leaders and are motivated by the potential to earn a six-figure annual income.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Consistently exceed monthly sales quotas

• Follow up with prospects in a timely manner

• Generate new sales opportunities through various prospecting methods, including door-to-door canvassing, phone calls, email campaigns, and networking

• Assess customer needs and recommend tailored solutions to improve their business, focusing on:

o Broadband/Dedicated Interneto Voice Serviceso Cloud-Based Phone Systems

• Participate in scheduled sales calls, meetings, and training sessions

• Track sales activities and opportunities using our CRM system (Salesforce.com)

• Perform other duties as assigned

• Regular reliable attendance


Skills

• B2B sales experience

• Prospecting and cold-calling proficiency

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Outgoing personality with relationship-building expertise

• Professional attitude and strong desire to succeed

• Ability to multitask, self-motivate, and thrive in a team environment
