Hearing Aid Specialist/Hearing Instrument Specialist - Clermont, FL

Shift Schedule: Full-Time (Mon - Fri)

Key Responsibilities

· Conduct comprehensive audiometric evaluations and hearing assessments

· Diagnose hearing loss and recommend appropriate hearing solutions

· Fit, adjust, program, and service hearing aids

· Provide patient counseling on hearing aid use, care, and maintenance

· Educate patients on hearing health and auditory rehabilitation options

· Maintain accurate clinical documentation

Qualifications

· Audiometric evaluation and hearing assessment skills

· Proficiency in fitting, adjusting, and servicing hearing aids

· Patient counseling and education on hearing aid use and maintenance

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team

· Knowledge of hearing aid technology and auditory rehabilitation

· Current state licensure and certification from relevant professional bodies (e.g., ASHA, ABA) is preferred

· Experience in a clinical or healthcare setting is preferred
