Grinder / Metal Finishing Technician
Location: Richmond Heights, OH
Shift: 1st Shift
Pay: $17/hour
Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Grinder / Finishing Technician to support metal fabrication operations. This role involves shaping, smoothing, grinding, and polishing metal components using a variety of tools and equipment. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail and hands-on experience in metal finishing environments.
Key Responsibilities

<li>Grind, smooth, and finish metal parts to specification.</li>
<li>Use hand tools, grinders, sanding pads, and various finishing machinery.</li>
<li>Work with a variety of metals and metal components.</li>
<li>Inspect finished parts for quality and accuracy.</li>
<li>Maintain a clean and safe working environment.</li>
</ul>
Requirements
<ul>
<li>2–3+ years of grinding or metal finishing experience</li>
<li>Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and grinding equipment</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and quality</li>
<li>Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical labor</li>
