Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins, ensuring excellent service.
- Provide support on the showroom floor, interacting with customers to enhance their shopping experience.
- Prepare and manage quotations, negotiate terms, and finalize sales with customers.
- Maintain accurate order entries and keep customers updated on their order progress.
- Cultivate long-term relationships with existing clients through proactive outreach and follow-ups.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.
- Organized, self-motivated, and reliable, with a commitment to excellence.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and proactively solve potential issues.
- Experience in customer service, sales, or a related field; familiarity with entertainment lighting is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced with order fulfillment and CRM software.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education preferred.
