- Minimum 1 year of recent ICU nursing experience required\n
- Current ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications\n
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts in a fast-paced ICU environment\n
- Strong communication, clinical, and teamwork skills\n

- Provide high-quality critical care nursing to ICU patients\n
- Monitor, assess, and document patient status using EPIC charting system\n
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans\n
- Respond to medical emergencies and deliver advanced life support as needed\n
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans, recovery, and ongoing care\n
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and clinical standards\n
