Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Concord, NH, for a Sales Logistics Coordinator. The coordinator will be responsible for managing daily logistics operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing excellent service to clients. Responsibilities include coordinating shipments, supporting sales operations, maintaining effective communication, resolving logistical issues, and analyzing processes to improve efficiency.
Qualifications

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and build strong relationships

Proficiency in Sales and Sales Operations to support logistics business growth and achieve operational goals

Solid Analytical Skills for reviewing, troubleshooting, and optimizing logistics processes

Problem-solving aptitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency in relevant logistics software and tools is preferred

Experience in the transportation, logistics, or related field is a plus

High attention to detail and organizational skills
