Job Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide general administrative support to cross-functional teams, including organizing files, tracking documentation, preparing reports, and maintaining databases.
Assist in the preparation and coordination of documentation for external and internal submissions or reviews.
Communicate with various internal departments to gather information, provide updates, and support collaborative efforts.
Help ensure adherence to company policies, industry standards, and applicable regulations across different business functions.
Maintain organized, up-to-date records and documentation related to compliance activities and operational processes.
Support data management systems by updating information and running routine reports.
Schedule meetings, prepare materials, coordinate logistics, and take meeting minutes as needed.
Assist in monitoring compliance with company safety, health, and environmental practices.
Participate in routine inspections and evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
Support incident reporting and follow-up investigations, ensuring proper documentation is completed.
Organize and maintain compliance-related records, reports, and permits.
Collect and compile data for tracking key performance indicators and operational metrics.
Contribute to training and awareness initiatives by helping develop or deliver educational content.
Support the implementation and administration of safety and environmental programs across the facility.
Perform data entry and assist with interpreting process and performance data.
Maintain consistent attendance and follow all workplace safety protocols.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field (science, health, environmental, or business preferred) or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Regularly required to sit, talk, and listen.
Frequently required to stand, walk, and move throughout the facility.
Occasionally required to lift or carry items up to 20 pounds.
Must be able to focus on detailed tasks and adjust visual focus as needed.
Occasional travel may be required to attend meetings or support off-site activities.
