Office Services & Print-Production Associate

Location: Tysons, Virginia (Onsite – Monday–Friday)

Employment Type: 6 month Contract/ Potential for Full-Time (Temporary to hire)

Salary: $25-$30/h for contract; $65k for perm


We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Office Services & Print-Production Associate to support daily printing and production operations for our client in Tysons Corner, an association that supports auto dealerships. This role is responsible for coordinating production schedules, operating printing and bindery equipment, conducting cost analysis, and ensuring high-quality output in a professional office environment.

This position is fully onsite, Monday through Friday.


Qualifications:

  • High school diploma required
  • Minimum of five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in business printing and production operations
  • Experience operating digital presses, bindery equipment, and related print production systems
  • Demonstrated experience in print cost analysis and job estimation
  • Knowledge of print shop operations, graphic artwork processes, offset and digital printing systems, and desktop publishing software
  • Strong customer service experience in a high-volume, detail-oriented environment
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds occasionally and perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, and operating equipment


Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate, schedule, and monitor daily print and production services
  • Review and process online print requests; maintain job logs and production schedules
  • Operate digital presses and bindery equipment in accordance with safety and operational standards
  • Perform safety inspections and verify completed projects meet established quality standards
  • Conduct print audits and prepare monthly production reports
  • Maintain inventory of paper, toner, bindery materials, and other supplies to ensure uninterrupted operations
  • Provide cost analysis and recommend efficient printing solutions based on project requirements
  • Consult with internal customers regarding production timelines, specifications, and printing systems
  • Assist with mail distribution, postage processing, and shipping software platforms
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production environment
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
