Our company is seeking an experienced Dietary Supervisor for a long-term care facility in East Greenbush, NY. This position is responsible for supervising the food and nutrition department under the direction of the Food Service Director. Supervision in long-term care or healthcare preferred. Dietary Supervisor Key Duties
<ul>
<li>Overall supervision of the kitchen during scheduled shift. Properly opens or closes the department as required.</li>
<li>Ensures proper sanitation of the kitchen and equipment incompliance with local, state, and federal regulations.</li>
<li>Ensured meal service times are on schedule.</li>
<li>Performs other job-related duties.</li>
</ul>
 Dietary Supervisor Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent</li>
<li>Prior Supervisor experience in Nursing Home or Healthcare Preferred.</li>
<li>Certification in healthcare cooking – ServSafe Preferred&nbsp;</li>
<li>Must be able to work as a team member.</li>
