Position: LVN/LPN - Long Term Care
Pay: $26/hr + $0.75 Night Shift Differential
Shift: Night shift
Location: Kane, Pennsylvania
Status: New Grads Welcome
Relocation Assistance: Potentially available (discussed during interview)
Role Summary:
Under RN supervision, oversee resident care and Nursing Assistants, administer medications, update care plans, document in PCC (EHR), and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. Ideal candidate enjoys hands-on resident interaction.
Requirements:
- Active PA LPN license or temporary permit (required at interview)
- BLS (AHA) required
- Nursing home experience preferred
- COVID vaccine preferred, not required
