Are you a passionate, certified dental assistant looking for your next opportunity? Springs Smiles Dental Spa is seeking a dedicated professional to join our dynamic team in beautiful Miami Springs, FL! The ideal candidate MUST BE FLUENT IN ENGLISH, be comfortable in communicating clearly and professionally with patients and staff. We are looking for a motivated individual who is team oriented, learns quickly, is self-motivated, and has excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities :
- Assisting with a variety of dental and med spa procedures
- Providing exceptional patient care and comfort with attention to exceptional customer service
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
- Maintaining and updating patient records
- Scheduling appointments and maintaining recall system
- Insurance verification, insurance processing and posting payments as needed
- Maintaining equipment updated and in working order
- Communicating with dental laboratories and suppliers
- Keeping inventory and assisting in ordering supplies
- Assisting with photography and social media
- Participating in team meetings, team seminars, and team development
Requirements:
- Valid Dental Assisting Certification (dental assistant position)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and customer service
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to work efficiently with team members in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of social media and photography preferred
- Punctual and reliable
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) - MUST BE ABLE TO SPEAK AND WRITE ENGLISH FLUENTLY
- FT position available
- 1 year experience preferred
- Experience with CEREC, Eagle Soft, and iTero preferred
