Job Summary
Were looking for a talented Mid-Level Graphic Designer to join our creative and marketing team to help bring our vision to life. This role requires a passion for design, attention to detail, and the ability to translate brand ideas into visually appealing content. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in print, digital, and packaging design, with the ability to adapt to different design needs across multiple platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Create visually stunning graphics for product packaging, marketing materials, and digital content.
- Develop design concepts that align with brand strategy and identity.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to produce high-quality designs for print and web.
- Revise designs based on feedback to ensure company satisfaction and design consistency.
- Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Stay up to date with design trends and software to continually improve creative output.
- Leverage AI tools and project management systems to streamline workflow and uphold processes.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years of professional graphic design experience.
- Bachelors degree in Graphic Design or related field.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Experience in product or packaging design is a plus.
- Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design work.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- A great eye for detail and a passion for creative design.
- A willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working with photography (editing, color adjustments, etc.)
- Knowledge of typography, color theory, and design principles.
- Strong understanding of print production processes.
