Job DescriptionWe are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to join our team in Morristown, New Jersey. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting client service and administrative processes while ensuring accuracy and efficiency. This is a Contract to permanent position, offering the opportunity to transition into a long-term role based on performance.

Responsibilities:
• Process client service requests, such as managing financial transactions and ensuring proper documentation in internal systems.
• Coordinate and schedule meetings for advisors, including managing calendars to prevent conflicts and handling follow-ups after meetings.
• Execute account-related tasks like opening new accounts, updating beneficiary information, and preparing necessary forms for client signatures.
• Ensure all documentation is submitted to the appropriate department and resolve any issues that arise during processing.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all client interactions and service activities.
• Respond to inbound calls, addressing client inquiries and providing timely assistance.
• Monitor and process cash activity requests and ensure compliance with company procedures.
• Utilize CRM systems to track client information and streamline service workflows.
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance client satisfaction.
• Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive client information.• At least 1 year of experience in a client service or administrative role.
• Proficiency in CRM software to manage client information and workflows.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Experience in data processing and maintaining accurate records.
• Excellent communication skills for answering inquiries and coordinating meetings.
• Familiarity with handling cash activity and financial transactions.
• Attention to detail and a process-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
