Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications:
- Active or eligible licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) in Virginia
- Previous school-based experience, or strong interest in working with K-12 students
- Familiarity with IEP documentation and progress monitoring
- Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate with educators, families, and fellow therapists
- Commitment to evidence-based practices and continued professional growth
Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students, as appropriate to your credential
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs
- Provide direct therapy services in individual or small group settings
- Maintain timely and accurate records, including progress notes and IEP updates
- Work closely with teachers, parents, and support staff to promote a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Participate in IEP meetings and team consultations to support collaborative goal-setting
