Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.
• Process and manage invoices, payments, and expense reports in a timely manner.
• Perform bank reconciliations to ensure financial records align with bank statements.
• Utilize QuickBooks to manage and organize financial data efficiently.
• Prepare financial reports and summaries to assist with decision-making processes.
• Monitor cash flow and ensure proper allocation of funds.
• Assist with filing tax-related documents and ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Conduct periodic audits to verify the accuracy of financial transactions.
• Collaborate with team members to improve and streamline bookkeeping processes.
• Proven experience in bookkeeping or a related financial role.
• Proficiency in using QuickBooks and other accounting software.
• Strong knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliation processes.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with tax filing procedures and compliance regulations.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
