As a Lead Teller at Embers, you set the tone for exceptional frontline service. In this role, you’ll combine expert transaction handling with team support and guidance. You’ll help coach and support the teller team, assist in training new staff, and provide a reliable point of contact for both members and employees. You’ll also take responsibility for managing cash and negotiable instruments, ensuring accuracy, security, and efficiency.
