We are a long-established, family-run real estate management company seeking a skilled, dependable Office Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, support our staff, and ensure our office runs with professionalism, consistency, and adherence to company protocols.
What You’ll Do:

Supervise and support office staff; assign tasks and ensure deadlines are met

Maintain accountability and ensure team members follow company processes and procedures

Oversee daily operations including leasing support, inspections, maintenance coordination, and owner/tenant communication

Review staff work for accuracy, compliance, and timely completion

Maintain organized office systems, digital files, and administrative procedures

Support Broker/Owner with special projects, reporting, and operational improvements

Assist with new staff training and onboarding

Uphold excellent customer service and communication standards

Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
Ideal Candidate:
-
3+ years of office management or supervisory experience; property management experience preferred

Strong leadership, communication, and task management skills

Ability to enforce procedures, hold staff accountable, and meet deadlines

Tech-savvy, with property management software experience (Buildium a plus)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Real estate license a strong plus — candidates with a license may be offered higher compensation
Compensation & Schedule:

Salary: $65,000–$80,000 annually, DOE (higher range for licensed candidates)

Full-time, on-site position (Oakland)
