This position is responsible for purchasing and order coordination. The role focuses on placing orders, communicating with vendors, tracking shipments, and ensuring orders are completed accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with vendors regarding orders, updates, and issues
- Place purchase orders and track them through delivery
- Monitor shipments and follow up on delays or changes
- Resolve order issues with vendors as they arise
- Maintain accurate records of orders, invoices, and shipments
- Coordinate with internal team regarding purchasing needs
Requirements:
- Experience in purchasing, order management, or vendor coordination
- Comfortable communicating with vendors/suppliers
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple orders and timelines
- Organized and consistent with follow-ups
