We are looking for a full-time Print Operator to join our growing team on 1st and 2nd shift. Responsible for setup, running and troubleshooting of the HP PageWide C500 Press and/or HP Scitex 17000 and 15500 corrugated press.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Operate digital print systems to produce high quality products.
  • Verify colors by matching customer requirements per job
  • Match proof with sample to ensure quality standards achieved throughout the job.
  • Troubleshoot minor machine malfunctions and perform light machine maintenance.
  • Coordinate raw materials required for daily workload.
  • Accurately report and record daily production and scrap to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Ensure proper material handling and loading; maintain clean working environment, practice safe working habits.
  • Additional duties as necessary.


Education and Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Knowledge of various types of printing systems for digital print required.
  • 1 year of digital print experience required.


Skills/Knowledge

  • Computer skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a face paced environment with minimal errors.
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational and communication skill.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a face paced environment with minimal errors.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.


Physical/Work Requirements

  • Work safely and follow all OSHA regulations and company safety policies and procedures.
  • For all on-the-job injuries or accidents, must notify manager/supervisor immediately.
  • Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 15 lbs.
  • Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to regularly sit or stand for extended periods of time.
