We provide each agent with pre-scheduled appointments to review Pension and Retirement analysis with individuals who are actively seeking guidance on their retirement benefits. Our advisors have direct access to school district employees without the hassle of cold calling or costly lead generation.

Experts in Retirement Planning
Write Your Own Retirement is strategically positioned in the 403(b) and 457 retirement space. Many school districts rely on independent firms like Forthright to manage their supplemental retirement plans. Our role is to assist educators in enrolling in workplace retirement plans, leveraging our status as an Approved Vendor to foster trust and credibility. Contributions are seamlessly processed through payroll deductions, and representatives can also offer other services, such as life insurance and investment advisory services.

Position Requirements:

Active Life Insurance License (Required)

Series 65/66 License (Preferred)

Minimum of 5 years in financial services

Proven track record in sales

At least $5 million in annuity and/or AUM production over the last two years

Independent contractor role (1099 position - 100% Commission)
